A GEOS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TO GET YOU HOME AS WELL AS ACCESS TO CRITICAL INFORMATION IN AN EMERGENCY
 

 

MediVacCMI+ is a single, life-saving source for medical evacuation and emergency assistance which, in the event of an emergency, additionally provides first responders with secure access to the Members' medical records. Medical evacuation coverage starts 99 miles away from home to a hospital of your choice. All plans are activated over the internet without the inconvenience of paperwork and coverage can be immediate or purchased for a future trip.

When 99 miles or more from home provides:

  • Transportation from site of illness or injury to nearest appropriate hospital (up to $50,000)

  • $1,500 per day (up to $10,000) toward medical expenses

  • Medical air transport (if condition permits) back to your home or hospital near your home. (up to $1,000,000)

  • Repatriation of mortal remains (up to $10,000) if required.

  • Can cover one person to entire family in U.S. & Canada or worldwide
