14th November 2006 – Benefon of Finland select TSG as global provider of GEOS programs and services to all purchasers of the unique Benefon GPS cell phone.
17th November 2006 – TSG awarded contract to supply all customers of Travel Assist Network/Air Rescue with GEOS programs and services.
11th December 2006 – TSG selected by National
Hostage Survival Training Center/Safe Travel Institute to provide GEOS
programs and services to their clients as part of a comprehensive security
product. 9th February 2007 - TSG places order in
excess of $10M for Benefon's TWIG mobile GPS phones. The GEOS System uses
current location to notify travelers of any emerging threat to health or

with GPS Gibraltar Distributions Inc of Quebec, a company specializing in
the provision of specialized security systems and devices to corporations
in North and South America, to market GEOS programs and services in
Canada, Mexico and Guatemala 16th September
2007 - TSG and On Call International, one of the world's largest
travel assistance companies, enter into a cross-marketing Agreement giving
On Call's 7 million customers access to the GEOS Global Traveler program.
On Call becomes GEOS' sole sole provider of medical air evacuation
services through the GEOS Pegasus program offering transfer of a patient
from any hospital in the world to one of his/her choice - including one
near their home. The service takes effect when the customer is only 55
miles from home September 2007 - GEOS TWIG GPS Locator
devices are issued in India and Iraq to journalists employed by a major
international media group 4th October 2007 - In a
three-year contract Globalstar, a major manufacturer of satellite phones
and satellite network operator, appoints GEOS as it's exclusive provider
of global Emergency Control Center and Response Services for it's unique
SPOT Satellite Messenger - the world's first personal satellite
messaging unit. The SPOT services are to be launched, initially only in
the USA, on the 1st November 2007. SPOT devices may be purchased
internationally through GEOS October 2007 - GEOS
introduces exclusive Search and Rescue benefits for its Members through an
underwriting agreement in the London Insurance market. This provides GEOS
Members and SPOT customers with US$100,000 of additional search and rescue
resources in an emergency. This benefit is now included in all GEOS Global
Traveler and GEOS Pegasus programs and is available to SPOT customers for

ultra high tech Control Center and Operations Room in Houston, Texas. The
building, which is one of the most secure in the USA, offers facilities
for emergency management and business disaster recovery and continuity in
an extensive network of nuclear bomb-proof bunkers 50 feet underground
2nd January 2008 - GEOS and the Guidry Group join forces. GEOS enters into a Joint Venture
agreement with the respected global security and risk management

Response LLC . The company operates the GEOS Response Center in
Houston and provides the infrastructure for those GEOS services using the
GEM (Global Emergency Monitoring) system thus providing exclusive 911
response for personal satellite beacons around the World. 14th
April 2008 - GEOS partners with Engineered Travel
LLC, a Colorado-based company, specializing in the development of
products and services for the improvement of travel safety and travel
security for persons with disabilities (pwd) and those with special needs.
The President of ET, Julie Jones, has a wealth of experience in working
with PWD and PWD organizations and becomes a Senior Advisor on PWD Affairs
to the TSG Board.
