These services are available, as an option, to all GEOS customers for an additional fee. At GEOS, we function professionally, and we function silently. We understand that it is a privilege to serve our clients and we simply deliver the best that is available.

Secure Ground Transportation Services

GEOS arranges all types of ground transportation for thousands of passengers and crewmembers worldwide. Through a network of proven drivers, GEOS can reserve any type of vehicle, such as deluxe town cars, sedans, vans, motor coaches, limousines, stretch limousines, armored vehicles and/or less expensive alternatives. GEOS uses high quality support to ensure on-time performance and professionalism.

GEOS’s Global Transportation Department is supported with experienced, knowledgeable, well-traveled and tenured staff 24 hours a day. The Global Transportation Department provides each ground transportation service with the following driver and vehicle details before one arrives:

Security Trained Drivers

GEOS will arrange secure transportation for executives, travelers and crew in any type of vehicle upon request or if conditions dictate. GEOS will provide security drivers who are trained in preventive security concepts and advanced driving techniques. The drivers comply with strict security measures that will lead them to avoid choke points and unsafe environments while driving clients to their destinations. Secure Transportation allows a client to arrive safely; avoiding potentially dangerous situations, such as car-jackings, ambushes and other criminal activity.

Aircraft and Helicopter Charters

With GEOS’s network and experience providing aircraft and helicopter charters anywhere in the world, we can meet any company or individual’s need. All air charters provided by GEOS must adhere to strict Air Charter Operating Standards.

GEOS’s first priority is flight safety. Air charters will take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the passengers, crew and aircraft. GEOS’s air charters are required to undergo periodic audits or operational reviews. Topics subject to review include:

All flight crews operating on behalf of GEOS must operate in compliance with their local governing aviation authority. They shall obey all regulations pertaining to public air transportation operations. All flight crews will adhere to their local Civil Aviation Authorities’ regulations pertaining to flight crew limitations and rest requirements. All charter crews provide courteous and friendly service to passengers with strict passenger pre-departure and in-flight customer care. The charter crews must follow GEOS security procedures and recommendations while on the ground and in the air.

VIP Meet and Greet

GEOS’s English-speaking representatives will meet executives and travelers upon arrival via corporate aircraft or commercial airline at almost any destination in the world. GEOS ushers the executive or traveler through immigration and customs and accompanies them to their selected mode of transportation. The time wasted in line for customs and baggage is virtually eliminated.

Executive Protection and Security Escorts

Through GEOS’s dedication and uncompromising commitment to professionalism and confidentiality, our clients and their reputations remain secure. Certain places and situations warrant the use of security escorts or bodyguards. The key formula, Threat X Vulnerability = Risk is the foundation for each customized course conducted by GEOS’s Training Division. GEOS offers many courses that teach corporate executives, expatriates, international travelers, security professionals, travel managers and flight departments the GEOS security principles and a security concept on preventive awareness.

Attendees are taught to diminish their risk of exposure to such dangers as kidnapping, sabotage, extortion, assault, harassment, illegal trafficking, corporate espionage and acts of terrorism. The training is tailored to the company’s profile, industry, areas of travel and the employee’s profile.

Aviation Facilities Assessments

GEOS performs vulnerability assessments to determine the action needed to eliminate or to reduce the degree of long-term risks from incidents that may potentially threaten employees, facilities and aircraft. GEOS integrates both security and intelligence in order to develop plans that best protect a client’s interests. Furthermore, GEOS has developed the operational capabilities to facilitate an effective response in the event that emergency steps need to be taken.

GEOS has adopted the concept, based on the fact that:

  1. Threat Assessment – a thorough examination of threat capabilities and intentions.
  2. Vulnerability Reduction – a security survey that identifies and corrects both procedural and physical weaknesses.
  3. Observation – a proactive collection planning process that identifies threat surveillance and determines indicators and warnings that are used to assess the likely threat courses of action so that appropriate countermeasures can be taken.
  4. Deterrence – GEOS develops measures that significantly complicate threat planning against a client.
  5. Response – GEOS assists with crisis management planning to help the client prepare to respond and protect both personnel and property.

Aircraft Security Management

GEOS through its risk assessments of locations and airports around the world understands the potential threats to an aircraft that a client may encounter. GEOS can arrange appropriate solutions to these potential threats by providing security management and protective services through its network of dependable agents in centers throughout the world.

Depending on the level of security required, GEOS implements the appropriate preventive measures to ensure that no unauthorized individuals or vehicles gain access to the protected aircraft or the immediate surrounding areas. All aircraft security personnel must follow GEOS’s strict Post-Orders to eliminate potential tampering, vandalism or transgression against the aircraft. At times, based on the airport and situation, GEOS will make arrangements to park the aircraft in a hangar or at a police/military facility.

Oil Platform and Vessel Security

GEOS will supply the required level of security management to protect oil platforms and vessels from unauthorized access and hostile environments. GEOS uses a comprehensive anti-terrorism methodology that integrates security, technology and intelligence to provide the best possible protection. Through this methodology the oil platform or vessel becomes a "hard target," one that is likely to be passed up by both terrorists and common criminals.

Special Tours, Expeditions and Excursions

GEOS provides special tours almost anywhere in the world, from a Vatican tour to a safari in Africa to a boat charter through the Panama Canal. All tours, expeditions and excursions are conducted with a security focus no matter the size of the party or location. Hotel Security Background Checks

GEOS will conduct safety and security background checks on hotels around the world. A background check is a search to determine if a hotel has any reported incidents of crime or safety that would affect the stay of a potential guest.
