Airline Intelligence – Airline Insider

GEOS has developed an on-line database on the safety and security of international air carriers, charter groups and helicopter services. This Airline Insider database is searchable by airline, region or country and will allow a traveler to determine if a carrier is safe to fly on. Analysts examine a carrier’s current financial position, maintenance practices, and the age and type of aircraft in the fleet. They scrutinize the carrier’s history of incidents and accidents, and its pilot’s training, background and experience, along with the FAA’s most recent assessment of the country’s civil aviation oversight capability.

Emergency Evacuation Support

GEOS has developed a comprehensive program for successful evacuations. The process involves four phases – Warning, Preparation, Assembly and Evacuation. GEOS has the resources to offer a full range of support through all four phases of the evacuation process. Through our Intelligence division and our Global Monitoring program we will have the indicators and warnings of threats that may affect your travelers, expatriates and their families. When security conditions escalate to a potential crisis point, Air Security will automatically research the best method for the evacuation, and our operations staff can identify the options for a successful evacuation.

If evacuation is considered, all necessary arrangements such as permits and permissions will be made. Our mission is to effectively and expeditiously execute a safe evacuation within a minimum time frame and in a cost effective manner. The actual evacuation cost will be the responsibility of the client. GEOS cannot guarantee an evacuation due to the potential for unseen complications.

The GEOS Travel Security Manager (Traveler Tracking)

This is an upgrade to Global Traveler or as part of the Confidential Client package. This system complements the Findafone GPS locating and utilizes Airline and Hotel Reservation Systems to present a more complete picture of a company's travel profile. It encompasses all traveling employees, whether GPS equipped or not, and can analyze both real-time travel as well as arranged future travel plans.

Travel Security Manager provides the ability to locate travelers around the globe is but one aspect of a very complete package of products and services. In addition to the Traveler Tracking capability, the GEOS Travel Security Manager will include:

Travel Tracking – The GEOS system has been developed to allow you to customize your reports to best suit your needs. The tracking system will allow you to sort by date, traveler, city, country, flight number, airline and even threat rating country.

Automated Notification – The GEOS Travel Security Manager will allow Member Companies to set criteria under which they are to be notified of travel to a particular location or all locations

Automated Advisories – The Automated Advisory component of the GEOS Travel Manager will allow security managers to set their own advisories for particular countries. Member Companies will be able to establish advisory criteria, such as specifying advisories based on individual country names. Destination Briefings – An important functional aspect of the GEOS Travel Security Manager is the ability of the system to issue destination briefings to the traveler at the same time the trip is booked.

Global Monitoring Travel Alerts – GEOS limits Global Monitoring Alerts only to critical situations (this eliminates confusion and aggravation of the traveler).
