10 June 2015 at 2232 GMT the GEOS International Emergency Response Coordination Center (IERCC) received a 911/SOS alert from a SPOT device in Yosemite National Park, California.  IERCC personnel contacted local emergency services and informed them of the activation. Park Rangers responded to the location and transported two males who became cold, tired and hungry while on a hiking trip.  The individuals were escorted by Park Rangers to a secure location where they could meet up with family members.  No injuries reported.
